Processing Time

We aim to pack and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. During the Eid period, orders will be dispatched within 1 working day to ensure timely delivery.

 

UK Shipping

We offer two shipping options within the UK:

- Royal Mail Tracked 48: £4.95, aims to deliver in 2-3 working days after the order has been processed and dispatched 

- Royal Mail Tracked 24: £6.95, aims to deliver next working day, including Saturdays, after the order has been processed and dispatched 

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

 

International Shipping

We offer shipping internationally via Royal Mail International Tracked delivery:

- Europe: £12.95, aims to deliver in 3-5 working days

- Worldwide: £15.95 aims to deliver in 5-7 working days

Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Please note: Customers are responsible for any customs fees that may apply. International delivery times may vary depending on the customs procedures in the destination country.
