Changes at HijabiLondon 

 
We are living in Extraordinary times. The spread of coronavirus Covid-19 has affected so many of us across the world in so many ways.
Firstly, we hope that you and your loved ones are keeping well. Thank you for staying at home and looking out for each other during this extremely difficult time.
We have made a few important changes here at HijabiLondon to play our part and help ensure that we protect our team, and you, as best we can.
 

Warehouse & Web Dispatch

We have a very simple approach to fulfilment of orders as we are a family business, so no staff are put at risk and we can ensure That social distancing is not an issue. I Personally am Director of Operations, Head of Facilities, Warehouse Manager and Web Fulfillment Manager all in one.
 
We are of course following all Government guidelines on hand hygiene. We are able to wear gloves and are also washing hands Or using a strong alcohol hand spray regularly throughout the day. 
 
 
We will also be donating all proceeds from each sale of our Ramadan Led Lights to NHS Charities Together, the NHS Charity collective supporting NHS Staff and volunteers caring for Covid-19 patients.
 


 

Contactless Delivery

Our courier partners are offering a minimal contact or contact-free delivery service at this time. Please check any tracking instructions you receive after your order has been shipped for further information.
 

Returns & Refunds

Returns to our website are extended to 60 days from when you receive your order. Returns and refunds sent back to our warehouse will be processed as normal.

Our customer service team is available from 8am to 4.30pm every week day Monday to Friday.
